Dear Betty How about a 5500km row across the Atlantic? Or a 4000km cycle across Southern Africa? Or even a 250km trail run across Sri Lanka? It's safe to say that we have some remarkable athletes among us, but what's more is how they use their talents not for their own benefit, but for the greater good, such as education, environmental awareness and social upliftment. We wish all the young athletes the best of luck in the Bish-Bosh derby this weekend. The 1st XI game starts at 18:30 tonight with an OD vs OB game thereafter. The 1st XV kick-off at 12:15 tomorrow and will be aired on SuperSport10 with ODU Vice-Chairman, Anton Taylor (2005B) commentating. Have a wonderful weekend. Kind regards, OD Union Office |
