Resolution 1: Election of Patron

Resolution 2: Special resolution to amend the OD Constitution by replacing the existing constitution with that which is attached hereto.  The effect of the amendment would be to replace the old Constitution with an updated version incorporating a number of suggested amendments via a working group which were formulated in order to ensure better continuity of the committee, make it more relevant and applicable and to update various clauses.

This resolution will not be proceeded with at the AGM and instead there will be a general discussion regarding the proposed replacement constitution. There will be no vote for the adoption of the new constitution at this stage.
