Bishops presents a fine wine and dining experience not to be missed. The evening starts with a craft gin or a glass of MCC. A wine tasting and food pairing masterclass follows. Our 4-course menu has been designed by a world-renowned chef and will be prepared by final year Silwood students under the guidance of Salt Catering. Each delectable course will be paired with top local wines sourced from Bishops ODs.
