Dear ODs
For this year’s AGM there are several options available for voting on the proposed constitutional amendments and the election of Committee members. You can:
1. Attend the AGM in person and submit your vote on paper.
2. Attend the AGM via Zoom and submit your vote online during the meeting.
3. Appoint a proxy. Your proxy may vote in one of two ways:
You may instruct your proxy in advance on how to cast your vote.
Alternatively, you may authorise your proxy to vote at their discretion.

4. Vote online in advance of the meeting. The link to the online voting can be found here.
