Bridget Philips
The OD Office has been informed about the sad news of the passing of Bridget Philips, wife of Peter Philips (Past Staff).
Peter Philips retired at the end of 2002 after 19 years as a member of the College staff. Many ODs will remember him as an Afrikaans teacher, master-in-charge of water polo, and under 14A rugby coach. Peter also ran the table tennis club, was in charge of Riding for Disabled, and led the Watersports Society, which involved many Sunday mornings driving Bishops surfers to beaches all around the Peninsula.
Our condolences go out to Peter, and his sons Sean (1992O) and Jonathan (1995O) during this time of bereavement.
