The Jagger Hall Jams is part of the Culture Unlocked Series where the school have attempted to create a new space in order for Bishops Cultural activities to still flourish under the lock-down limitations. The Jagger Hall Jam (which is the Music component of Culture Unlocked) is there to give the boys an opportunity to still perform but this time through ‘recorded concerts’. The additional philosophy behind the series is to create concerts that involve Pre-Prep, Pre and College boys and by doing this they are wanting to show all parents the musical journey that their sons will undertake being part of the Bishops Music programme over the 13 years or so. The production of the programmes is done in conjunction with the help of two OD’s - Jeremy de Kock (1984W) (Visuals) and Grant McLachlan (1973F) (Audio). The recordings are made in the Jagger Hall - hence the name ‘Jagger Hall Jam’ - and this fun and the appropriate title was created by Jeremy de Kock.
