A call for proposals to carry out a strategy review for the OD Union

Given the events around our recent SGM and the fact we are nearing the end of the current strategic plan, the OD Union committee wish to undertake a strategic review process.

Given the events around our recent SGM and the fact we are nearing the end of the current strategic plan, the OD Union committee wish to undertake a strategic review process. We invite interested ODs to submit a proposal to carry out a strategy review of the OD Union. Our last strategic review was conducted in 2015 and resulted in our current strategic plan which covers 2015-2020. This process will consider the next 5 years and run in parallel with the work being conducted by a new Standing Committee to address matters relating to reconciliation, unity, healing and governance.

Your proposal should include:

Approach and methodology for conducting the strategy review
Required research, questionnaires and analysis
Conducting workshops for members and key stakeholders
Finalisation and presentation of the strategy plan 2025
Relevant experience with similar projects

The aim is to have this process complete to present at our AGM in March 2020.

We would like to start this process in September and we invite interested parties to submit their proposals by COB Monday 26^th August 2019 for consideration. Please send any enquiries and your proposals to [email protected] for attention of the OD Union Committee.
