We received the following exciting news from De Villiers Graaff (1988F).  Three OD rum wineries will be represented in Toronto on Monday the 10th of June for a consumer wine tasting, namely De Grendel, Bruce Jack and Avondale.

Each of the twelve wineries at the event will be represented in person, so you'll get to meet the people who make the wine while you sample your way across sunny South Africa.

The event is organised by Premium Independent Wineries Of South Africa (PIWOSA), a collective of like-minded, premium, independent wine producers from across the diverse wine regions of South Africa’s Western Cape.  They have come together through a combined ambition and desire to promote premium South African wines internationally and the country as a whole. Together they represent the incredible diversity that is seen across the Premium South African wine industry today.

While we each portray our own microclimates and unique sites & soils, they share a collective belief in the very high potential of South Africa's collective viticultural Regions and their relevance in the greater global premium wine market.
