Jeremy Lawrence, a most supportive OD who donated several items to the school museum, came to visit Paul Murray and Lynn Swanevelder at The Mitre.  Jeremy and Paul discussed their respective times at Cambridge, Paul at St John's and Jeremy at Pembroke.  One of Jeremey's forebears was the Master at Pembroke.

Jeremy is a regular visitor to the ODU, and several of his family attended Bishops, namely the Lindberg, Arderne, Searle and St Leger families.  It is always good to see Jeremy here at The Mitre.  He remains an inspiration, two years from a nonegenary, keeping his mind alert from playing bridge and as one of the trustees of the Historical Society.

ODs wishing to visit The Mitre are welcome, please contact Paul Murray on Whatsapp or phone on 0835159526.
