The Museum was pleased to have members of the Vusa Rugby Academy visit the Museum on Wednesday 29 May. They spent time viewing some of the exhibits, and explained the reason for their visit to The Mitre, to Paul Murray the Curator of the Museum, who took them on a tour. The reason for their visit was to hold a meeting with colleagues about the Vusa Rugby Academy. This organization offers a structured programme through sport and academics, to develop skills for children across the wider Cape Town community who do not readily have access to well-resourced facilities.
