Founders Day 2019 takes place on 01 March 2019.
The first school term for 2019 finishes on Friday15 March 2019 - traditionally Founders Day.
Because the school term has been moved forward, and so too summer sports fixtures, it was decided to move Founders Day forward, in order to engage participation with current pupils.
Founders Day starts off with a Founders Day Service in the War Memorial Capel at 07:45am.
Thereafter ODs can participate in various activities with the current pupils. These include:
The Avenue Mile
Indoor rowing
Touchies, and
ODs interested in participating in any of these events are welcome to contact the OD Secretary ([email protected]), who can put them in contact with the various OD captains of the different sports.
Founders Day participating ODs are also welcome to a lunch hosted by the school in the Dayboy dining area between 1 and 2pm on Founders Day.
