Andrew Floyd (1965O) on the right has been attempting to mentor Neil Orpen (1990W) (on the left) over the last 10 years. Neil has failed to progress from the adolescent pursuit of snowboarding to the adult sport of skiing and is at risk of being expelled from the mentoring programme for his lack of effort.
