Thabang spoke with the OD union following his achievement of being named in Adweek's top 100 most creatives. He reflects on his time at Bishops, touching on systematic racism.

Thabang Skwambane (1993F) is currently the managing director of FCB Johannesburg and in June he was named in Adweek’s top 100 most creatives in the world. In the interview, Thabang speaks about his past business challenges, overcoming them and how an orphaned 22 old month child gave him a completely new perspective on what is important in life. He also reflects on his time at Bishops in the context of today’s climate, specifically touching on systematic racism and the path towards educating oneself.
