Richard Duck (1964G) loses his battle with cancer

A memorial service will be held in Chipstead on 15 August, should ODs in the UK want to attend.

We received the following notice from the UK about the passing of Richard:

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Richard Duck (1964G).

Richard battled with cancer for a long time and after assuring us that he was on top of his illness, eventually succumbed on Saturday 8th July.

He was a great friend of the Senior OD Golf side and the ODU in general. He will be greatly missed.

There will be a private burial later this week with a Memorial Service to Richard at St Margaret’s Church, Church Lane, Chipstead CR5 3RD, UK  at 11.30 am on Tuesday 15th August 2023.

To his wife, Vicki, and the Duck family we extend our heartfelt condolences.

RIP, Richard
