Maties centre, Cornel Smit (2015W) scores his first of four tries against UCT
Congratulations to ODs participating and representing their Universities in the current Varsity Cup rugby competition:
UWC: Andre Manuel (2015S)
          Tristan Leyds (2015S)
           Lubelo Scott (2016F)

UCT:  Cuan Hablutzel (2013M)
US:    Cornel Smit (2015W)

During the past week Cornel scored an impressive four tries as Maties beat Ikeys 66-5 on The Green Mile at UCT.
UWC lost to 25-47 to Shimlas (University of the Free State) at home.

Upcoming fixtures next week include:
North west University hosting UWC in Potchefstroom; and Tuks hosting Maties in Pretoria.

Congratulations also to OD Vice-Chairman Anton Taylor (2005B) for his exciting and informative commentary.
